Meet The Team
Auction Co-ordinator
Carol Langridge
Carol helps FTC to fundraise in her spare time by co-ordinating our Facebook auctions. Carol plays one of the biggest roles within the charity. She organises donations, lists and co-ordinates with the listers and drivers to ensure things run smoothly.

"I have always liked to help people. Even as a young child I would offer to run errands for neighbours. Then when older I used to hate to see people struggle for food. I worked in a shop where dinted tins were sold cheaper. I used to put some to one side for a few customers that was really struggling financially, some would put their pets before themselves. So, I knew the reduced items was really helping them. Then when the pandemic hit. It was something where everyone around us was struggling. Living in an area where most people and families was already living on the breadline the pandemic made it a lot harder. So, when Lacey suggested setting up a food bank, I jumped at the chance to help out. Since the foodbank was set up, I know we have helped both families and single people alike. And with the increased cost of living our services will be needed even more. By those on benefits and those that work."

Auction Lister
Joanne Myers
Joanne came into the charity becoming a moderator for our auction page but as the charity has grown Jo has taken on more and more resposibility. She now helps lists the auction goods for us which help with the vital fundraising which is required in order to keep this charity in operation.
Food Bank Volunteer
Chandler Foxon
Chandler is a student at college so he comes and helps when he has time. He started helping out in 2021 and has become a bit of a jack of all trades. He is willing to get stuck in where ever he is needed, be it a drivers mate, helping with the auction bagging, or helping out at the food bank.
Food Bank Volunteer
Sandra
Sandra is an asset to the team. She is an active member of the church. She runs a girls scout club on a Monday evening.
Sandra puts her heart and soul into everything she does and always has a smile on her face. She has helped with fundraising activities and is a mentor to others.
Food Bank Volunteer
Jess
Jess has not long joined our family of volunteers and is our designated runner within the food bank. She has bags of energy and has become a valued member of the team very quickly. She is always happy to get stuck in where she is needed.
Food Bank Volunteer
Christina Williams
Christina started volunteering for us this year she helps assisting in the bagging process for the food parcels. We have seen her grow in confidence which is really refreshing.
Food Bank Volunteer
Marleen
Marleen is a commitee member of the church and she helps Sue at the front desk taking peoples information. She has a heart of gold and if she could help people more than what we currently do, then I am sure she would.
Food Bank Volunteer
Mia
Mia is a school leaver and has been with us a few weeks now. She is a quick learner and in time we hope that she will continue having a more active role within the charity.
