Here you will find answers to our most asked questions.

When are you open and where are you located? We are open 11am-1pm mondays excluding bank holidays at St Christophers Methodist Church.

Who can use the food bank? Anyone can access the food bank and you can self refer. However, you must be able to show that you are in financial hardship and are unable to support yourself.

Can you help with anything other than food? Our main mission is preventing food poverty. However, we can redirect you to other services if we can.

What do I need to bring with me to the foodbank? You must bring with you proof of hardship (Bank statements/proof of benefits) and some carrier bags.

Do you deliver food parcels? Unfortunatley no.

I want to volunteer, how do I get in touch? Please use one of the methods at the bottom of this page. We would be greatful for any help you may be able to offer.

Can I donate food? Donations can be brought into St Christopher's Church on a Monday 11am-1pm. We are partically greatful for non-perishable food produce however any food will help as long as its in date.
