When are you open, and where are you located? We are open on a Monday between 11am-2pm. We are based at St Christopher's Methodist Church on Convamore Road.
Who can use the food bank? Anyone can access the food bank and you can self refer. However, you must be able to show that you are in financial hardship and are unable to support yourself.
What do I need to bring with me to the foodbank? You must bring with you proof of hardship (Bank statements/proof of benefits) and some carrier bags.
Can you help with anything other than food? Our main mission is preventing food poverty. However, we can redirect you to other services if we can.
If you are closed, where else can I get help with a food parcel? We are a member of the food poverty alliance. You can find alternative help by searching https://www.weareonefoundation.co.uk/#FoodBanks
Do you deliver food parcels? Unfortunatley no.
I want to volunteer, how do I get in touch? Please use one of the methods at the bottom of this page. We would be greatful for any help you may be able to offer.
Can I donate food? Donations can be brought into St Christopher's Church on a Monday 11am-2pm. We are partically greatful for non-perishable food produce however any food will help as long as its in date.
